According to the report, a transaction involving 12.06 million shares of Emirates company led to a transfer of over 6% to the major shareholder, Abdull Kader Kuty. After this transaction, his share in the company became 5.82%.
Additionally, major shareholder Saleh Al Hammadi increased his stake in Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) to 6%. Other significant transactions are also noted in the report.
