The General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) has improved its services by simplifying processes for personal cases such as reporting a pensioner's death, marriage, or divorce. The authority has partnered with various entities like the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Health and Protection, and Dubai Police to enhance customer experience and overall quality of life.
These collaborations are in line with the UAE Centennial Plan 2071, a strategic vision to strengthen the country's global reputation through forward-thinking initiatives. By forming partnerships with federal, government, and private sector organizations, GPSSA is expanding its proactive approach.
In alignment with the UAE government's goal of promoting socio-economic sustainability, GPSSA has established over 60 strategic partnerships in recent years. These partnerships have led to the development of innovative business models and services such as accelerators, transformative projects, and the Government Excellence System (GEM 2.0), enhancing the UAE's global competitiveness.
In anticipation of the Ma'ashi platform launch, GPSSA collaborated with 23 federal and government authorities to streamline electronic integration processes. Notably, the authority worked with the Ministry of Possibilities to introduce a digital service system for pensioners over 60, widows, and unmarried women. This initiative has facilitated digital access to services, eliminating the need for in-person visits and enhancing the efficiency of information exchange processes.
