The head of Emirates airline, Tim Clark, expressed his views in an interview for Business Insider regarding the fact that the availability of an upgraded version of the Airbus A380 aircraft could stimulate larger airlines to book them. Clark emphasized that airlines would be interested in the new A380 model, especially if it is more effective and eco-friendly.
"We hope that Airbus conveys a sense of grandeur and offers a more modern and long-term solution that can satisfy all stakeholders," noted Clark.
Tim Clark also added that Emirates remains committed to the A380, calling it their flagship aircraft and the backbone of their fleet. He pointed out that airlines are always striving for innovation and are ready to discuss new opportunities with Airbus.
