Experts emphasize that such a necessary situation not only creates stress for applicants but also undermines trust in employers in the region. The absence of feedback after sending a resume makes the job search process more complicated and prolonged, which hinders both workers and employers.
One of the interviewees shared his opinion on this matter: "The lack of feedback after I sent my resume really causes me disappointment. I would like to know if my resume was considered, and if not, then why. This would help me understand whether it’s worth waiting for an answer or to move on."
Specialists recommend that employers transparently inform applicants about the selection process, even if the decision is negative, to respectfully acknowledge their efforts and time invested in the job search. In turn, candidates are advised to actively request feedback after submitting their documents to stay informed about the developments and not lose valuable time.
