Currently, over 600 Emiratis are employed in the company, including 98 women occupying important positions in management, operations, and planning.

The company reported that in the current month, 55 Emiratis were released from the "Professional Ambassadors Program," launched in 2019. The program provides participants with three-dimensional quality training, combining theoretical training with practical work in a real working environment. Since the start of the program, 167 Emiratis have joined it, which has contributed to their technical and leadership skills development and improvement.

"Emistil" emphasized that its efforts are aimed not only at achieving the nationalization goals but also at creating effective and diverse labor resources distinguished by high competitiveness and capacity for innovations, which allows for operational breakthroughs.

The general director of the "Emistil" group, Said Gamran Rumeity, stated: "We are committed to supporting local qualifications, providing them with opportunities to lead future industries in the UAE in line with the government's vision of industrial growth and economic sustainability." He added: "We strive to create leaders of the future, develop their leadership qualities so they can make strategic decisions and respond to challenges of comprehensive development, ensure the training of national personnel capable of addressing challenges, and invest in strengthening the foundations of the iron and construction industry as a key element of sustainable economic growth."
