Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) has announced the launch of the "Irshad" program, which represents a program aimed at the orientation of Emirati female university students towards employment in the industrial sector, with a focus on the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

According to the statement released yesterday, "Irshad" is directed towards the development of essential skills for professional growth through individual consulting sessions led by EGA experts. The company's specialists provide students with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with various positions in the industrial sector and create professional networks to help plan their career.

The program also includes collective interactive masterclasses on developing leadership and management skills, as well as financial management.

EGA has partnered with the University of the Emirates, Khalifa University, American University in Sharjah, and University of Sharjah to accept applications for participation in the "Irshad" program.

EGA's goal is to develop the future national workforce of the industrial sector in the UAE through interaction with students via various interactive programs.
