Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Vice President of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Umm Al-Quwain, witnessed the signing of a strategic partnership agreement between "Umm Al-Quwain Properties" and "Deyaar Development" at Al Diwan Al Amiri. The agreement aims to develop projects on Umm Al Quwain beachfront.
The agreement was signed by Sheikh Majid bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Head of the Department of Tourism and Antiquities on behalf of Umm Al-Quwain Properties, and by Mr. Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar Development. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla highlighted the commitment of the Umm Al Quwain government to enhance partnerships for providing modern infrastructure and building a prosperous economic future for the emirate.
This collaboration represents a unique addition to the Umm Al Quwain beachfront area, attracting investors to the emirate and aligning with the government's strategic plan. It also showcases the emirate's dedication to promoting sustainable tourism through developing and enhancing coastal areas to enrich the tourism experience with architectural and recreational elements.
The signing ceremony was attended by key figures, including Sheikh Abdullah bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Sheikh Hamid bin Saud bin Rashid Al-Mualla, Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser bin Ahmed Al-Mualla, and Saif Hamid Salem. Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, emphasizing the opportunities it presents to establish an attractive investment environment and contribute to sustainable development initiatives.
