According to the forecast, the total health expenditure in the UAE is expected to have an average annual growth rate.

At the 2021 Health Conference in Dubai, it was stated that it is expected that for health expenditure, the total spending in the UAE will grow from 2.6% in 2019 to 3.8% by 2023. This reflects the UAE's strategy for creating a sustainable high-quality healthcare system for all residents of the country.

One of the key strategies for achieving this goal is the development of integrated healthcare systems that ensure patient-centered and sustainable healthcare. This includes the development of a network of clinics, stimulating the establishment of preventive healthcare centers, and improving access to medical services in the regions.

"Our goal is to transition from quantity-focused healthcare quality to personalized healthcare, tailored to data and personalized pathways of healthcare services," emphasized one of the speakers at the conference.

In this way, the UAE continues its efforts to improve the healthcare sector and enhance access to quality medical services for all citizens of the country.
