The Federal Ministry of Identification, Citizenship, Customs and Border Security has introduced an investor visa for entrepreneurs, qualified specialists and business financiers from around the world that allows for multiple advantages of entry for business opportunities in the UAE. This visa for visits aimed at exploring business opportunities provides its holder with permission to enter the country for a single or multiple visits in accordance with established requirements and permissible professions. It is important that the overall duration of stay does not exceed 180 days.
The main requirement is that the applicant must be a qualified specialist in the area they intend to research in the UAE. Every applicant wishing to obtain this type of visa must also have a foreign passport, valid for at least six months, medical insurance in the UAE and a confirmed ticket for a return journey or exit from the country.
General Director of the Federal Ministry of Identification, Citizenship, Customs and Border Security, Major General Suhail Saeed Al-Haili, emphasized that the UAE has created a comprehensive service ecosystem aimed at attracting entrepreneurs, investors and capital owners who wish to build their future and launch innovative strategic projects that contribute to the country’s economic growth. He noted that the UAE offers world-class infrastructure, legal frameworks and competitive logistics services that ensure success and expansion of businesses.
"This visa serves as a key stimulus for attracting investors, providing the flexibility of a single or multiple entry with the duration of stay being 60, 90 or 120 days guaranteed, ensuring that the overall duration of stay does not exceed 180 days," he emphasized.
