The Tawcif Council announced 15 deals worth 1.43 billion AED at the closing of IDEX and NAVDEX 2025, totaling 55 deals valued at 25.15 billion AED.

The international exhibition center in Dubai concluded with the signing of 15 contracts worth a total of 1.43 billion dirhams with local and foreign companies on the final day of the "IDEX and NAVDEX 2025" exhibition. The total number of contracts signed over the five days of the exhibition reached 55, with a volume of 25.15 billion dirhams, which is 10% more than at the previous exhibition in 2023. The first day of the exhibition was marked by contracts worth 3.97 billion dirhams, the second at 5.80 billion dirhams, the third at 10.18 billion dirhams, and the fourth at 3.77 billion dirhams.

At the press conference organized with the participation of representatives of the Balance Council, contracts with international companies and the Ministry of Defense and Legal Affairs of the United Arab Emirates were announced. International contracts on the last day of the exhibition reached a sum of 661.6 million dirhams, including deals with Lockheed Martin, Instro, Safran Helicopter Engines, and GEW Technologies.

These measures underlined the status of the UAE as a leading global center in the defense industry. The Balance Council, responsible for procurement for the Ministry of Defense, reaffirmed its commitment to improving the capabilities of the defense and military sector of the country. By concluding the 17th international defense exhibition IDEX and the 8th NAVDEX exhibition, the Council emphasized its role in achieving its objectives in managing procurements for further development of the defense sector, aligning with the strategic vision of the UAE for the building of a modern defense industry functioning towards the future.
