
The trading session in the last hours of February was unstable, with minor increases. The S&P 500 index added 0.1%, Nasdaq - 0.07%. Airline stocks showed an increase, while the energy sector faced difficulties due to falling oil prices.
'On the background of reduced stimuli and concerns about inflation, investors remain cautious; however, central banks support the hunt for assets,' analysts noted.
In the context of the uncertainty in the situation in Ukraine, Brent crude prices fell to $93 per barrel, down more than 3%. At the same time, gold rose by 0.3%.
