The company "Adnoc Logistics and Services" announced a net profit of 4.7 billion dirhams ($1.27 billion) and profits before payment of interest, taxes, amortization, and depreciation of 7.9 billion dirhams ($2.16 billion) for the first quarter of 2025. These figures exceeded the results of the first quarter of 2024 by 7% and 4% respectively.
The strong financial dynamics of the company is primarily attributed to continued internal demand for gas, which increased compared to the first quarter of last year due to strong economic development in the United Arab Emirates. This contributed to an increase in total sales volume, as well as the implementation of the company's effective maintenance program carried out according to planned technical service schedules at plants in conjunction with preventive plans.
