Network International, a fintech company operating in the Middle East and Africa, has announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the merchant acquiring business unit of National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. The deal is expected to be completed in early 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Under the agreement, Network will provide the latest payment solutions to serve the diverse customer base of National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, which includes over 80,000 clients. This deal will allow for the full merchant acquiring portfolio of National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah, which includes 5,000 merchants, to be brought into the Network ecosystem, strengthening its position in the rapidly growing payments and fintech sector in the region.
