She believes that the presence of police, civil defense, ambulance, municipality, and economic department enhances visitors' sense of security and encourages them to visit, expressing her happiness with the great turnout to the destination. Ras Al Khaimah Municipality stated that organizing the area is part of its efforts to develop service sites that are witnessing increasing demand, through coordination with relevant authorities and monitoring compliance with requirements, ensuring the safety and comfort of users. On the other hand, visitors to the projects in the area agreed that it has become a favorite destination for them, praising the variety of options available. Mitha Al Naqbi said: «The most beautiful thing about this place is the variety of cafés and events, which makes us visit it weekly and saves us from going to other emirates to change the atmosphere». Shama Al Hosni mentioned that exit 122 «is suitable for family gatherings and brings together all tastes in one place, whether in terms of seating or available options». Ahmed Al Hamadi stated that exit 122 «has become a favorite destination after work, especially in winter, for the coffee sessions and quick services it offers without crowds».
