The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry is working to enhance economic relations and build sustainable partnerships between the business communities of Sharjah and the Lao People's Democratic Republic. The goal is to contribute to the growth of bilateral trade volume and mutual investments between the two countries, driving them towards broader horizons that serve their common interests. This was discussed during a working meeting held at the Chamber's headquarters. The meeting brought together Abdullah Al-Auwais, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Board of Directors, and Saleumsay Kommassith, Deputy Prime Minister of Laos, along with his accompanying delegation. Also present were Oudet Souvannavong, President of the Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Abdulaziz Al-Shamsi, Assistant Director General for Communication and Business at the Chamber, in addition to several business leaders.
