Rachel Ahmed, CEO of Ras Al Khaimah Bank, stated that the banking sector in the United Arab Emirates achieved outstanding performance in 2025, driven by several factors, foremost of which is the country's wise leadership and the strong momentum of the national economy. Ahmed explained in her interview with 'Al Khaleej' that innovation and competition in the banking market, along with the solid regulatory frameworks set by the Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, and Securities and Commodities Authority, contributed to the sector's outstanding performance. She noted that the bank achieved strong results in 2025, supported by profit growth and asset base expansion, and is prepared to continue its growth path in 2026, relying on its strength.
