The Emirates Publishers Association will send a delegation to the London International Book Fair to strengthen the presence of Emirati publishers in the global market and expand partnerships in rights and translations.

The Emirates Publishers Association is expanding its international presence by participating in the London International Book Fair, which is the world's leading market for negotiating publishing rights and selling and distributing content through print, audio, television, cinema, and digital platforms.

Over three days, the Association will be represented by a delegation including several member publishers, as part of its efforts to empower the Emirati publisher and enhance their presence in international markets.

The list of participating publishers includes "No Rules" Publishing, which specializes in publishing titles in English. "ELF" Publishing is also part of the delegation; it is an independent publisher launched under the Emirates Literature Foundation, working to highlight Emirati and esteemed voices. Also joining is "Aalia" Publishing, which specializes in high-quality children's books.

Executive Director of the Emirates Publishers Association, Rashid Al Qasimi, stated: "Participating in the London International Book Fair is a significant milestone in the Association's strategy to enhance the international presence of the Emirati publisher." He affirmed that the fair serves as a premier platform for expanding networks and building sustainable partnerships that contribute to activating the exchange of rights and translations.

He added that the rapid growth witnessed in the publishing sector in the UAE reflects the wise leadership's vision that supports cultural industries and confirms the capability of the Emirati publisher to compete globally, offering quality content that meets international standards.
