The international telecommunications company "II End" announced its acquisition of a controlling stake (50% + 1 economic share) in the assets of telecommunications companies. This deal will become their first investment in the telecommunications market of the Principality of Monaco.
The decision to purchase the stake was made after the successful completion of the asset valuation process of telecommunications companies. During the analysis, a significant potential for the development of telecommunications services and the expansion of their audience was identified.
"We are eagerly anticipating the start of this new phase and are confident that our participation will bear fruit both for us and for the development of the telecommunications sector in the Principality of Monaco," noted a representative of "II End."
