International airports in the UAE are striving to achieve a record production rate, aiming to transport 150 million passengers by 2024, compared to 134 million last year. Information about the planned increase in the number of passengers is known from an interview with the general director of Dubai Airports Group. He emphasized that this ambitious plan is based on a strategy for the development of airport infrastructure and the implementation of innovative technologies. According to him, at present, airports have already implemented automated systems and biometric identification technologies to enhance passenger service and increase productivity. "We aim to provide advanced services and reduce time spent on passport control, with the help of modern technologies," said the general director. It is planned that new technologies will also help improve the security of airports, making travel more comfortable and effective for all passengers.
