The International Festival of Intangible Heritage "Tifan Loal" has completed its fourth annual session. The event was organized by the Fujairah Cultural and Information Association over three days in the traditional village of Diba-Fujairah.
The director of the association, Naser Al-Imheki, noted: "The festival demonstrated that local families traditionally maintain their heritage and take pride in it. The number of families participating in the event and their interest in each detail confirms this." He emphasized that the association aims to strengthen and preserve the traditional culture among the youth through such programs and in the near future will conduct in-depth courses to enrich this culture and prevent its disappearance in the local environment.
On the last day of the festival, numerous engaging activities were showcased, among which the central ones were "Dom Vostorga" and the art of storytelling and traditions about carpets, accessible to the audience. The Fujairah Academy of Arts held a master class on sculpture, where enthusiasts and visitors of the festival participated. The International Academy Diar presented a dance performance "Liloa." Moreover, during the last day, several traditional competitions for the public were held.
