At the ceremony of the graduation of the second group of the "Waid" program for the preparation of leaders, I experienced deep joy. This is not only one of the programs that I believe in and value, but also because I saw with my own eyes optimistic faces, radiating hope for the future, and heard wise inspiring words, sharing the best in sports and other areas of life.
The ceremony consisted of two main parts. The first was related to the awarding of diplomas to graduates in three categories: exemplary, perspective, and youth. The second - "Dom Stikhov", represented a panel discussion, in which four participants of the program took part. Their natural and authentic outputs, in my opinion, serve as the best evidence of the program's success and the achievement of its stated goal.
