The event 'Book Shakutka' visited seven key trading points in various emirates of the country from April 22 to May 7. This event took place with the active support of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center and during the 34th International Abu Dhabi Book Fair, one of the main literary events in the region.
The increased presence of 'Book Shakutka' in such a large number of locations contributes to the success of this initiative in attracting a wide audience of readers and those interested. This approach helps to raise interest in knowledge and culture, while also emphasizing the importance of direct contact with the community and the dissemination of reading culture.
The 'Book Shakutka' events were held during the second quarter of this year, starting with the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah, where the initiative took place in the 'Manar Mall' shopping center from April 22 to May 5. After that, 'City Life Al Zahra Mall' in Ajman and also 'Mega Mall' in Sharjah hosted the events at the same time.
In Abu Dhabi, the 'Book Shakutka' events were organized in the town of Zafra at 'Al Dhafra Mall' from April 24 to May 7, in parallel with events held at 'My City Center - Al Ain' in the town of Al Ain, as well as at 'Al Sharq Mall'. A series of events concluded at the Emirate of Fujairah, where 'Al Taief Mall' hosted events from April 25 to May 6 as part of a general geographic expansion, selected by the Center.
