For the second time, the YASAT traditional marine sports festival will be held in the Al Sila area of the Al Dhafra region in the Emirates.
The festival, which will last for three days, will serve as a platform for dozens of participants representing different clubs and teams from various countries. Competitions will include kayak racing, traditional canoeing in the Al Sannaa style, boat racing, and other water sports events.
The organizers promise interesting events that will attract not only sportsmen but also spectators. Visitors will also be able to enjoy the local culture and traditions, meet artisans and craftsmen showcasing their work. Entrance to the festival will be free for all interested.
"We are pleased to present the second edition of the YASAT festival for traditional marine sports, which will unite sports, culture, and traditions in one place," say the organizers. "We hope that the festival will bring joy to both participants and guests and will become an annual event in our region."
