Weather Forecast for UAE: Wind and Rain Expected

According to the forecast from the National Meteorological Center of the WMO, from February 28 to March 4, 2025, temporary weather conditions with frequent rains, strong winds, and waves at sea are expected.

At the beginning of this period, on February 28, some internal areas expect morning humidity, temporary overcast, and light rains in the northern regions. An increase in temperature is expected.

On March 1, the clarity will not hold up, being temporarily overcast, in the evening in the northern and eastern areas, cloudiness may intensify, while there is a possibility of some light rain. The conditions of the Arabian Gulf will range from moderate to insufficiently calm; at the same time, in the Omani Sea, moderately rough waves are expected.

On Sunday, March 2, the northern regions will change from a humid overcast to a partly cloudy one. In general, it will not be from clear to temporarily overcast. In the coastal and northern regions, there may be some light rain. The Arabian Gulf and the Omani Sea are expected to experience strong wave conditions.

On Monday, March 3, some internal regions expect morning humidity and the possibility of fog formation. The wind speed may reach 45 km/h.

On Tuesday, March 4, the morning will be humid, with a chance of dense fog or mist in some internal areas. The wind will turn from the southeast to the northeast, sometimes fresh, spilling onto elevated dust and sand with a speed of up to 40 km/h. The sea will be wavy in the morning, but by evening it will become moderate.

Residents of the region are advised to monitor the weather conditions, especially for strong winds, elevated dust, and stormy seas. The Arabian Gulf will be very rough, while the Omani Sea remains rough.
