In an interview, Al Shamsi called on the public to undergo regular medical check-ups. He also noted the importance of a healthy diet and physical activity. 'Cancer is not a death sentence; it is a disease that can be defeated if treatment is started on time,' the professor stated. He added that the Emirates Medical Association is actively working to raise awareness about cancer.
