Al Hadjeri has held several leading positions in both the public and private sectors, including the Sports Coordination Council, the Federal Directors' Council of the UAE Handball Federation, and the Federal Directors' Council of the UAE Volleyball Federation, while also participating in national football committees.
Al Hadjeri holds a diploma in administrative management and a bachelor's degree in international relations.
