The United Arab Emirates has been targeted in a large-scale drone and missile attack. A total of 541 drones were detected, with 506 intercepted and destroyed, and 35 falling within UAE territory. The attacks resulted in 3 fatalities and 58 injuries. The Ministry of Defence confirmed the deaths of nationals from Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Among the injured were residents of various nationalities, including Emirati, Egyptian, Filipino, Pakistani, and others. Most of the damage was caused by falling debris from intercepted projectiles rather than direct impacts. Civilian properties in several areas, including Zayed International Airport, Dubai International Airport, and Palm Jumeirah, were affected. Authorities emphasized the UAE's capability to address threats and urged the public to rely on official sources for updates. The attacks mark a significant escalation in regional tensions.
