
The director of the NK "Al Rams" Salem Sultan Al-Darmaki announced the conclusion of an agreement with the investment company "Yunick Sport" aimed at developing the club in various areas, including sports, to facilitate the return of the club's teams to a competitive atmosphere. Al-Darmaki noted that they held several sessions with the company with capital from Kuwait, Canada, and Portugal over the past three months to reach agreements. Regarding the signed contract, which prescribes investments in sports, the increase of revenues and financial support for the club, he stated at a press conference.
It should not be forgotten that last season the NK "Al Rams" was relegated due to numerous long-term injuries to related persons and players, clarified Al-Darmaki. He emphasized that the investment company expressed the intention to promote the team to the professional league within five years. In turn, the NK "Al Rams" has already explained all the obstacles with which they will encounter achieving this goal, the ideas of which have been well received.
Kuwaiti media reported that the chairman from Kuwait, Abdulla Khalifa as-Saleh, has concluded a strategic partnership, granting his group full control over the development of football in NK "Al Rams". As-Saleh stated that their plan includes the development of the club and specifically the first team, with the aim of creating a competitive team in the UAE. They are counting on modern strategies for finding talents, recruiting quality players, developing youth programs, and also collaborating with academies from Europe and Africa to achieve set goals.
As-Saleh also stated that there will be work on developing the club's infrastructure in accordance with professional standards, strengthening the club's identity and its media appeal for attracting sponsors and investors, ensuring financial sustainability and growth so that NK "Al Rams" becomes a model of sustainable management.
