The Masad Abdellhabbah team lost to the national team of Lebanon in the qualifying match for the 2025 Asian Cup in basketball. The match took place in Lebanon and ended with a score of 88-91 in favor of the Lebanese. The national team was unable to cope with the strong superiority, despite featuring some of the best players from Lebanon, namely Wael Arkadji, Amir Saud, Sergio Druisha, and Jada Khalil. The basketball players of the national team showed a good game throughout the match, but still could not secure the victory.
