Al Oruba Player Vows to Fight Till the End

The legend of the club "Al-Ahrefa" Ali Eid confirms that their team will not give up until the last gasp in the professional football championship and will continue to hope for survival, regardless of the complexity of the task. Eid noted that "Al-Ahrefa" was aiming for victory against "Shabab Al-Ahli" in the 17th round of the league and was close to achieving a positive result after managing to maintain a draw in the first half.

"Al-Ahrefa" held a draw until the 54th minute of the match, until "Shabab Al-Ahli" scored their first goal, and then added a second in the 82nd minute, thereby breaking into the top of the table, while "Al-Ahrefa" remained at the bottom with all three points. Ali Eid said, "Emirates Today": "This is football, we lost to a big team, but we were strong supermen in the first 60 minutes, and we still have many matches ahead. We hope to recover and show positive results."

He added: "While there are games, there is hope. In my view, luck is more important in football than everything else. The team 'Shabab Al-Ahli' had two chances and two missed goals. We tried to maintain the result and played on the counterattacks, but the difference in quality is there. Congratulations to the team 'Shabab Al-Ahli', and we will fight and play until the last moment to compensate for the negative results we have faced."

Ali Eid played with the team in all seven matches of the championship, scoring one goal.
