Under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, President of the Federation of Marine Sports, the opening of the 2021-2022 season of racing motor boats took place on the lake of Al Royis in Ras al-Khaimah. Participants from various countries took part in the event. The races were held in several categories, including the Grands Prix class for racing boats and classes V1 and V2 for motorcycles and hydrocycles. According to Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, support for such competitions underscores the importance of the development of the federation and sports movement as a whole. He also expressed gratitude to all participants and wished each of them success in upcoming competitions.
