Last year, the number of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman amounted to 15,125, with a total value exceeding 5.3 billion dirhams.
This figure was obtained after analyzing statistical data and reports from the Department of Land Management in Ajman. Statistics also indicated that the number of real estate purchase-sale transactions in the Emirate of Ajman increased by 2% compared to the previous year.
Mahmood Hassan, the director of the Department of Land Management in Ajman, remarked: "The increase in the number of real estate transactions in our emirate signifies the stability and sustainability of the market. We continue to improve the conditions and processes for investors and residents, making Ajman even more attractive for real estate."
