Engineer Sharif Al-Alam, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for Energy and Petroleum Affairs, announced that the first platform for charging electric vehicles in Ajman will be launched soon, in cooperation with Emirates EV Charging Stations. This platform will feature between 10 and 15 chargers and will include a lounge area, allowing users to spend their time there and use its facilities while their cars are charging. Similar platforms will be later implemented in other cities and regions across the country.
He added: "Fast electric chargers will be used at these platforms, providing an advanced level of battery charging."
