In the current year in the Emirate of Ajman, 1531 real estate transactions were made totaling 1.83 billion dirhams. This is 4.57% more than the same period in 2023. This was stated by Omar bin Omar Muhairee, the General Director of the Department of Land and Infrastructure in Ajman.
The total transaction volume reached 1.33 billion dirhams, during which 1247 transactions were completed. There were also 188 mortgage operations recorded with a total of 277 million dirhams. The "Industrial Area 1" registered the largest single transaction with a mortgage totaling 10 million dirhams.
Muhairee highlighted that the recorded figures reflect the resilience of the real estate sector in Ajman, which maintains positive dynamics and observes exceptional activity in many real estate projects thanks to the diversity of investment opportunities and increased demand for various types of real estate across all areas of the emirate.
The "Emirates City" project leads among the most active trading projects, followed by the "City Towers" and "Ajman 1" projects. "Al Helio 2" occupies the first place among the most active areas, followed by "Al Zahra" and "Al Yasmine". The area "Liwan 1" distinguished itself with the largest transaction totaling 32 million dirhams.
