The Department of Tourism Development of the Emirate of Ajman announced a significant achievement. According to official data, the number of tourists visiting Ajman for the first six months of the current year increased by 58% compared to the same period of the previous year.
This result indicates the gradual recovery of the tourism industry after the COVID-19 pandemic. Officials express confidence in the continued growth of the tourism sector due to successful measures to attract guests and develop infrastructure.
"We are pleased to note the positive trends in the tourism sector in our emirate. The increase in the number of visitors is a result of the efforts made to promote our tourist attractions and safety measures implemented during the pandemic," noted a representative of the Department.
As part of the tourism development strategy in Ajman, efforts are being made to improve service, expand hospitality offerings, and create new recreational facilities. Along with this, it is planned to continue active marketing campaigns at the international level to attract even more tourists.
