Miloš Kosanovich, defender of "Adzhaman", stated that his team deserves a higher place in the tournament table of the Professional League, considering their excellent gameplay recently. He noted that "Adzhaman" defeated "Al-Ain", the holder of the Cube of Asia, and was close to proceeding to the playoffs of the President's Cup with a great performance against the youth team "Al-Akhli", although they lost with a score of 1:2.
Currently, "Adzhaman" occupies ninth place in the championship table, having scored 16 points (five wins, one draw, and seven losses). Kosanovich emphasized that the team shows great play in the current season and deserves a place in the top list, taking into account the level of football and positive atmosphere within the club.
"I am very happy to be in the club 'Adzhaman', I am fortunate to play in this club and in such circumstances. It is impossible to predict a specific outcome in football — you can play well and lose. It is difficult to foresee the final position of the team at the end of the season, but I believe that 'Adzhaman' should be in the top of the table thanks to its football potential."
Kosanovich also noted that "Adzhaman" demonstrated good performances in the President's Cup, although they faced the best team in the League (the youth team "Al-Akhli") and were close to a positive result. The "Adzhaman" defender shows excellent results since the transfer in January 2024, becoming the main player of the team, playing 13 matches and scoring three goals, playing in the center of defense.
Kosanovich's team is preparing for a tough match against "Al-Vakhd" in the 14th round of the Professional League tomorrow, aiming to continue their positive streak and move forward in the tournament table.
