Abdullah Adzhil, a former international football referee, noted the outstanding performance of referee Rauda Mansuri during the match between the teams Dibba Al Hisn and Ajman within the framework of the 17th matchweek of the Professional League Al Adnok. "This match can be called the strongest match officiated by a female referee. Rauda demonstrated excellent officiating without interference from video referees in the refereeing decisions, regardless of the importance of the game for both teams, especially for Dibba Al Hisn, who found themselves in the relegation zone," Adzhil remarked.

The match ended with a victory for Ajman with a score of 1:0, thus rising to eighth place in the tournament table with 22 points, while Dibba Al Hisn remained in the penultimate place with 10 points. "The referees' committee under the Football Federation surprised everyone, starting with Rauda Mansuri as the referee of this match. The biggest surprise was the level of officiating she showed during the game," he continued.

"The refereeing decisions made by Rauda were correct, especially in situations within the penalty area. It should be noted that some players are not accustomed to the female officiating of men’s football matches, but over time, they will get used to it. The level of female officiating will encourage players to accept female officiating more, and incidents of excessive objections from players in certain moments where there is no need will also be observed," Adzhil added.

The article also notes that in this match, Rauda Mansuri showed a yellow card four times, twice to Dibba Al Hisn and the same for Ajman. Additionally, among the referees, there was the presence of Saida Rashida Al Marzuki as the first assistant referee, international referee Amal Jamal as the second assistant referee, Fernando Rapplini as the VAR referee, and Khalud az-Zaabi as the VAR assistant.

This is already the third time that Rauda Mansuri has officiated as the main referee in matches of the Professional League Al Adnok, after previously officiating two matches in the last season of the Professional League Al Adnok: between Bani Yas and Ajman, which ended with a score of 1:1, and between Al Ain and Al Batah in the 25th matchweek of the last season, where the victory was achieved by Al Batah with a score of 2:0. It should be noted that Rauda Mansuri is also the first Emirati female referee officiating in a men’s "amateur" league after having officiated a match in men’s league in December 2023 alongside her colleague, international assistant referee Amal Jamal, officiating the match between "GV FC" and "GV United" for men.
