Fahad Al Hosni is an educational and sports figure. He progressed in the field of education, working as a teacher, deputy principal, and principal in several schools, and is currently the principal of Al Rashidiya School in Ajman. In the field of sports and football, he was previously a player for Al-Shabab Club and began his career at Sharjah Club. International futsal referee Fahad Bader Al Hosni obtained a doctorate degree from the Faculty of Commerce at Ain Shams University in the Arab Republic of Egypt after passing his thesis defense. His research thesis was titled 'The Impact of Strategic Agility on the Organizational Excellence of School Sports Activities' after conducting a field study on schools of the third cycle in the United Arab Emirates.
