The company "Dubai South" has signed an agreement with the international logistics company "Expediters" aimed at strengthening its presence in this area. Under the terms of the agreement, plans are being made to open a new facility in the Dubai South logistics area to expand business in the region and meet the growing demand for advanced logistics solutions.

The signing ceremony of the agreement took place with the participation of Khalifa Al-Zafain, the executive director of Dubai's aviation authority and Dubai South, as well as Mohsen Ahmed, the executive director of the logistics zone.

With the support of Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the deputy ruler of Dubai, the opening of the International Regulatory Forum in Dubai was announced, organized by the Center for Cybersecurity of Dubai.

Meanwhile, a contract was officially announced for a sum exceeding one billion dirhams with the company "Jinko General Contractors" for the construction of villas in the second phase of the project "First Western District" in the Makhmmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum area, representing an elite residential community with wildlife near a crystal-clear lake and providing a closed living environment. The construction of 229 villas, located in a protected community, starts, and the facility begins functioning in February 2025.
