The construction of the Bluewaters Bay project in Dubai is nearing completion, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. Within the framework of the project, it is planned to build two residential towers, connected by a dynamic podium, offering 678 apartments from one to four bedrooms, including penthouses.
