Informa Global Group has opened a new office in Dubai, which is being inaugurated today by the President of the Dubai Sports Council, Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. In the new office of the company, located at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Mansour was welcomed by the Director General of the Department of Economy and Tourism of Dubai and the General Director of the Dubai World Trade Centre Management, as well as representatives of Informa Group.
During his tour of the new premises, Sheikh Mansour got acquainted with various subdivisions. He emphasized the importance of the exhibition and conference sector as one of the most prominent economic sectors of the emirate. In particular, he highlighted the regional and global achievements of Dubai in this sector over the years, mentioning Arab Health, Dubai Airshow, and Middle East Energy among the most vibrant events.
Representatives of Informa Group expressed pride in the close cooperation of the group with Dubai and noted the favorable business environment and diverse stimuli provided by the emirate. They emphasized that the new office, able to accommodate about 500 employees, will help expand their regional activities.
In turn, Sheikh Mansour underscored the importance of Dubai's constant efforts in creating a supportive environment for dialogue, ensuring opportunities for global companies and institutions to build productive partnerships.
