Dubai Real Estate Transactions Surpass 3.49 Billion AED

Dubai's real estate market recorded over 3.49 billion AED in transactions on Thursday, with significant sales in areas like Al Yafra 1 and Business Bay. The market continues to show growth with a notable increase in sales and mortgage activities.

At the end of trading on Thursday, the fourth day of trading this week, the total volume of transactions with real estate in Dubai amounted to 3.49 billion dirhams. Among them, sales amounted to more than 2.89 billion dirhams after 1,025 transactions were concluded. Observations conducted by the newspaper 'Emirates Today' based on data from the 'Dubai Rest' digital platform at the Department of Land and Real Estate of Dubai showed that the 'Alvirta 1' area leads in total transaction volume with real estate, reaching 232.71 million dirhams after 49 transactions were concluded. Following it is the 'Gulf Trade Center' area with approximately 208.73 million dirhams after 76 transactions were completed, and then the 'Wadi Al-Safa 5' area with around 202.76 million dirhams after 62 transactions were made.

According to these data, the total sum of mortgage transactions on Thursday exceeded 533.21 million dirhams after 147 transactions were carried out, while the total sum of secondary sales transactions amounted to approximately 69.80 million dirhams after 26 transactions were concluded. On today's Thursday, a transaction was also completed for the sale of a residential apartment on the map, located in the Jumeirah Second area within the framework of the 'The Rings' project for a total of 116 million dirhams, an area of 17,136.15 square feet, which is equivalent to 6,769 dirhams per square foot.

Real estate sales in Dubai in the past January, the first month of the current year, amounted to about 44 billion dirhams after 14,060 transactions were concluded, marking a growth of 24.3% in value and 24.5% in transaction volume compared to the same month of 2024, when transactions worth 35.4 billion dirhams were concluded through 11,283 transactions.
