Dubai Launches Major Residential Project

A new residential project is underway in Dubai, featuring 672 villas at a total cost of AED1.4 billion. The project includes key amenities such as a mosque named after the late Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, endowment markets for economic sustainability, a public park with recreational areas, and well-designed villas catered to Emirati families.

The project will be implemented in four phases. Phase one involves 124 homes to be completed by 2026, phase two will have 208 homes by 2027, phase three will offer 199 homes by 2029, and phase four includes 141 homes with an expected completion date of 2032.

Aligned with the Dubai Social Agenda 33, which aims to make Dubai the top city for living experiences, the project emphasizes quality standards to provide modern housing and facilities for Emirati families. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum highlighted that such initiatives enhance family stability and social values, aiming to improve the quality of life and support work-life balance.

The newly constructed residential project ensures that citizens benefit from an integrated environment promoting stability and comfort. The project, named in memory of Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, supports the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme, dedicated to the well-being of Emirati families in Dubai.

Overseen by Her Highness Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, the residential project is designed to meet the needs of families, with diverse housing options, green spaces, shopping centers, and recreational facilities. It aims to enhance the quality of life and long-term stability for Emirati families in Dubai.
