The company "Emaar Development," a subsidiary of "Emaar Properties," has demonstrated the best results in its entire history in 2024 thanks to the strength of its decisions and response to the new situation. This attests to its effectiveness, hard work, and client focus, as well as its uniqueness in construction and innovations.
"Emaar Development" achieved record real estate sales amounting to 65.4 billion dirhams (17.8 billion dollars), increasing them by 75% compared to the sales of 2023, which amounted to 37.4 billion dirhams (10.2 billion dollars). Given these results, we estimate that we will continue to see positive trends in 2025.
It was also recorded that the highest net income in the company's history (before tax deductions) amounted to 10.2 billion dirhams (2.8 billion dollars), an increase of 20% compared to 2023. The board of directors of "Emaar Development" proposed the highest dividends in the company's history at 68% of capital for a total of 2.7 billion dirhams (740 million dollars), which represents an increase of 31% compared to 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting.
