In Dubai's real estate transactions, 982 deals were recorded for a total amount of 3.23 billion dirhams in the past week. These numbers were published by the Dubai Land Department.
Among the most significant transactions, a property with an area of 25.61 million dirhams was located in the Bur Dubai area. This area also turned out to be in the first place by the number of transactions, where ten deals worth a total of 21.97 million dirhams were completed.
The band was the most active of the day, with 171 deals recorded for a total amount of 373.19 million dirhams. A preliminary decline in the overall volume of transactions was observed following a single trading area Dagna.
