The international company Gorilla Energy, specialized in the production of energy drinks, has announced its official entry into the Middle East through the Gulfood 2025 exhibition, accepting the UAE as its main office. The company stated that its strategic expansion plans include opening a new factory in the Jebel Ali area for the production of concentrated energy drinks within the framework of the establishment of major investments in the region. This step is aimed at the growing beverage market in the Middle East and Africa, with a total value expected to reach 3.19 billion dollars by 2030, according to Mordor Intelligence.

Gorilla Energy was founded in New York in 2008 and currently has its headquarters in Dubai and Los Angeles. The company’s chief marketer Oliver Holzmann stated: 'Expanding our presence in the Middle East with the UAE as our office represents the value of the brand in growth, progress, leadership, and exceptional energy.'

The entry plan into the Middle Eastern market is initially oriented towards the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey, with plans for further expansion into the Persian Gulf countries.
