Within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Economy, the Council of Trademark Owners, and AIPPI UAE, an event entitled "Empowerment Forum" was held. The agenda of the high-level meeting was dedicated to discussing the legislative issues concerning trademarks, author rights, and combating counterfeiting. One of the key highlights of the forum was the announcement by the Ministry of Economy regarding the strategy for developing the intellectual property sector aimed at supporting innovations and creativity in the UAE. The discussions gathered representatives from various sectors interested in the protection of intellectual property and attracting investments. Particular attention was paid to creating conditions for the growth of the innovation sector and the technological development of the country. During the forum, current issues in the sphere of intellectual property law protection were discussed, as well as long-term strategies for the development of this area.
