
The Sudanese Peace Bank has announced a decision to transfer its shares from the second category to the first category. The market clarified on its electronic site that this decision came as a result of the bank achieving a cumulative loss percentage of less than 50% of its capital, according to its financial statements for the year 2024.
In a statement to the market, it said: "We are pleased with the success of the Sudanese Peace Bank in reducing its cumulative loss percentage and reaching the minimum limit required for the transfer to the first category, which demonstrates the strength of its financial operations."
This action reflects the efforts the bank has made to improve its financial performance and provide positive outcomes during the recent period.
