The "Asteco" company has released its real estate report for the last quarter of 2024, where it revealed that property prices increased by 15% during this period, compared to the third quarter of the same year. The report also indicated that there is an increase in the number of new buyers by 25%.
Regarding areas, it shows that homes in the city center witnessed the highest demand rates, particularly in the upscale residential areas in the suburbs of the city. On the other hand, the industrial and commercial areas recorded a slight decrease in demand for properties.
Commenting on this, the CEO of "Asteco" stated: "We are witnessing significant demand for properties at the moment due to economic conditions. With rising prices, it seems that investors are accelerating their buying activities out of fear of further increases in the future."
