Dubai International Chamber, a part of Dubai Chambers, has reported a 55% growth in attracting multinational companies to Dubai in 2024 compared to the previous year. A total of 51 MNCs were successfully attracted in 2024, with key sectors like healthcare and pharmaceuticals, finance, banking, investment banking, as well as energy (including oil and gas, renewable energy, and cleantech) being among the major contributors to this growth.

In 2024, 62.7% of the multinational companies that Dubai International Chamber brought to Dubai were from Asia, highlighting the city's increasing importance as a prime investment destination for international corporations. Latin America and Europe each comprised 11.8% of the total MNCs attracted, while the Middle East, Eurasia, Africa, and Australia accounted for the remaining percentages. Five sectors, including construction, trade and logistics services, manufacturing, information and communication technology (AI, robotics, blockchain, software), and retail, fashion, travel, hospitality, and tourism stood out as they collectively represented half of the MNCs attracted by the chamber.

The efforts of Dubai International Chamber underscore Dubai's status as a prominent global business center, fostering foreign investments and aiding Dubai-based companies in seeking new economic and trade prospects in promising global markets. Among the MNCs attracted in 2024, 8% were specialized in the mobility sector encompassing aerospace, space, autonomous transport, and traditional transport. Furthermore, three other sectors combined to make up 18% of the total companies attracted, with each representing 6%. To extend its global reach, the chamber unveiled two new international offices in Kazakhstan and Colombia, expanding its network to a total of 33 representative offices.
